Monty成立了25周年之後的現在
即將推出 25周年紀念版Kamel XXV
限量250輛
與量產版最大的差別在頭管的設計以及擁有亮麗的塗裝
並且車主可以將自己的名字刻在專屬的銘牌上
希望藉此預祝Monty可以繼續賽場上發光發亮
紀念版預計在2009年9月15開始發售!

wow this is truly a work of art. Once again Monty has lived up to its standard. The craftsmanship is superb, and attention placed into details and design is flawless. This is truly a state of the art design. The colour selection and blend is not bad at all, as well. This kind of bike belongs in a museum behind a glass case, not to ride real trial biking and bashing all of the place.
I am very impressed, in simple, WOOOOOOOOW.

重量8.695公斤, BB 看起來比221的高很多, 高BB會很難平衡嗎?

喔! 比加國凱文的大車重...
高BB的車確實會比較不穩. 但就是靈活一些, 側跳也可以跳比較高, 吸前輪也會很好吸.
現在的車都又高又長. 不過不是每個人的身高和風格都適合又高又長的車.

There are some changes from the standard kamel :
-gear ratio is 15-10
-bash plate has more clearance (to accommodate the smaller front freewheel)
-the fork has a 1 peice steerer
If you ask me, monty should have spend the time and money improving their component range, as well as the design for the frame. I spent a decent amount of time on a 2009 kamel, and of all the complete bikes offered in that price range, it was definitely the worst bike i have ever ridden. The frame is extremely flexy and unresponsive, most likely due to the design of the dropout and bottom bracket area. it looks like monty was simply too lazy to come up with any deflection yokes. Also, the components on the bike is pretty much the same as the previous models, which have all been known to fail rather quickly. Even when i'm comparing the frame to the first generation of the neon bow, the monty still rides a lot worse.
If I was going to buy a complete bike that rides well right out of the box, it definitely wont be a monty. You can get a complete koxx bike for pretty much the same price, and they feel much more up to date with the current geometry. If you don't mind the trouble, you can even build a bike up part by part for less! i'm sure i spent far less money on my rockman aurem build than a complete monty.
