The best way for the setup of vee brake pad, just make it as simple as you can. The transfer parts may just make whole pads set loosed, and make your brake feel sucks...

Just finished putting the bike together for Steve. His snail cam tensioners have not arrived yet, so I ended up customizing a chain tug for him. It actually works extremely well, and should hold up until he gets his snails :)
