請教一下, 我的hs33活塞已經彈不回來了, 我有把lever拆下來清一清再上針車油, 但沒有用, 醬要怎麼修呢? 當初組車時已經換成水而不是礦物油, 有什麼方法能diy修理一下嗎? 不然又要麻煩會長, 實在很不好意思, 想說先自力救濟看看, 謝謝啦.

you can fix it. you'll have to take the lever blade out of the lever, and pull the piston out. then you need to put some good bearing grease on the rubber o-ring.

I took out the stick jointed to the lever and found the piston got completely stuck. I did some clean up and put some bearing grease trying to make it work again. Actually, it worked for like 3 minutes then it got stuck again, this time grease just wouldn't do the trick anymore...I don't see how I can pull that thing out either...

Should I use any gadget to pull it out or should I push it from the other side? In this case the whole brake needs to be disassembled...And I reckon I won't be able to assemble it again, at least not in a good way.

你需要將煞車手把(lever blade)拆掉，然後將活塞拔出來
要注意活塞還有與活塞接觸的缸壁是否有生銹腐蝕現象
可用 800號以上砂紙稍微打磨
打磨方式要一邊360度轉動一邊以活塞運動方向打磨
打磨時要在砂紙上塗些潤滑油
主要小心別將活塞、活塞缸壁打磨成橢圓形
稍微打磨後用布把活塞、缸壁清乾淨，把活塞上油插回去試看看是否順暢
若還是卡就在打磨一些
直到暢順後
用洗潔劑或汽油清洗乾淨
注意膠圈絕對不能沾到汽油，會膨脹壞掉
汽油好處是清洗很乾淨，馬上就揮發乾燥。
用水洗濕氣不容易立刻乾，當然你要灌水當做煞車油就沒差別
重點是要把金屬雜質徹底洗掉

最後將活塞上的橡膠圈與活塞缸壁塗上軸承油或機車齒輪油

若想選用替代性廉價煞車油可用：嬰兒油、縫紉機針車油，汽車液壓油等

usually, it takes a bit of force to get the whole piston out. you will need to use a set of needle nose pliers to pull them out. it helps if you disconnect the lever from the main hose, so that it doesn't create a vacuum.

once you take it out, clean the inside of the lever, and get a lot of grease on the o-ring. you want a thin layer of relatively thick grease, not the liquid lube you use to penetrate.

also, the spring can be a little bit fatigued. you can pull the string out a little bit to increase the tension and your brake will feel snappy. don't do this too much, or the spring will be too strong, and it will be hard to actuate the lever.

you'll need to bleed it again after too:)
