I've spoken to Rockman on the phone. All the frames that are stamped with "made in singapore" are welded in singapore. The cnc parts are also made local to Rockman. There has been times where the factory in singapore could not heat treat the amount of frames in the order, so the frames (that are finished construction) are sent to taiwan for heat treating.

If kevin chen can really produce frames of the same quality with the same performance as rockman for a lower price, then this is good news for the trials market. Of course, it needs to be done first.
