Here's the new forks for 2011. As you can see the crown taper on the steerer is now more gradual (you can barely see it) to reduce stress risers. The dropouts are also a little smaller than the previous iteration.












The tapered forks are also finished to match the frame with the kit. Below is the fork that is supplied with the grey Slate 3 tapered frame.

Another cool revision of the spade 3 is a reduction of the steerer's inner diameter near the crown. There is a lot of material in that area now, so we should see an improvement to the structural integrity of the fork.
