step one :
Create a product that you have never tested under real use

step two :
Create a brand name that makes your company sound like it's run by 5 year old girls. It's best to use cute animals in the name as well

step three :
Create an identity in the local community forum. Ask every member to contact you privately without providing any tangible information. This way, you can price your product based on the customer, and how friendly they are to you. When your customers find out that they are paying different prices, the ones that spent more will be upset and murder the ones that spent less. If your customers are dead, you won't have to worry about warranty. Less of your products will be broken, which is better for the brand image.

step four :
Create a false sense of reliability by making warranty promises verbally. For example, tell the customer that if the product is broken, you will replace it with ten of the same product. If it is not on paper, you do not need to honor them. If a customer breaks your product, tell them they are assholes and blame them for it.

step five :
Create topics in the local community forum blatantly attacking competing brand names. Make claims that your product is the same quality as the competing brand name, then comment on how their products are of poor quality. This will confuse the readers.

能用可愛動物作命名元素是最好的。


第三 :
在地方互聯論壇上申請個帳號,之後請每個成員私下聯絡你(好購買東西),不能公開提供產品資訊。
這樣一來,你能對不同客戶喊不同價錢,取決於他們和你的交情。
而當你的客群發現他們的價錢都不同,買貴的人先是感到沮喪,之後再把那些買得比較優惠的人幹掉。
要是客人掛了,就不用去擔心後續商品保固的問題啦。
如此更少的商品故障瑕疵消息傳出,(消費者)對商品形象自然是有加分的。


第四 :
利用口頭上的聲明保固,營造(讓消費者覺得)商品可靠的假象。
舉個例,(口頭上)告知消費者要是商品壞了,你會以賠十個同樣商品的方式來換新。
而沒有紙張保證的約束力,你就不必去兌現。
要是客人搞壞你賣出的商品,就指責他們是混蛋要自己為此負責。


最後一點 :
在地方互聯論壇上發文招搖地攻擊其他競爭品牌。
(打字)作出聲明你的商品品質跟其他競爭品牌的一樣好,再表示他們(競爭對手品牌)的產品有多濫。
這樣就能誤導不知情的論壇讀者(待開發消費者)。

個人我想補充第六點:
賣出高價多量代表更可觀的現金流,所以不必在乎商品的精度和製程的穩定度跟品質控管(QC),
品質控管出問題,只要在客人尚未察覺的情況下賣給他們,出問題再推給他們自己就理所當然了。
例如,把手成品今天出問題了,變成高低把,左邊高半公分右邊矮半公分,肉眼看不出來除非用方法檢測,
(可能是跟工廠殺價到製方不爽想惡搞下單買家,買家知識不足,不懂工業know-how,所以表現上抽檢都有過關,
或者買方根本跳過抽檢這關,但正常來講東西都要經過工廠的量測跟應力拉力機械測試以取得數據跟證明,
並且要全檢,代表說每一支都要不能歪,電鍍或上漆都有完整,才可以出貨。
當然,工人素質也有關係,工人會摸魚。)
不知情的消費者完全信任你,不懂得檢查商品,事後騎起來他們覺得手很不舒服,有異位感,
在回頭問你為什麼手把好像不正,你只需要回答說因為車騎久了東西難免會變行走位,
讓消費者信以為真自己摸摸鼻子走人,這樣你都不必作出任何責任賠償,又照樣獲利。
