I didn't get a chance to snap pics of the blue and orange tapered frame, as we sent it out already =( Just imagine that it looks the same, but the color is different!
Here's the new forks for 2011. As you can see the crown taper on the steerer is now more gradual (you can barely see it) to reduce stress risers. The dropouts are also a little smaller than the previous iteration.
Another cool revision of the spade 3 is a reduction of the steerer's inner diameter near the crown. There is a lot of material in that area now, so we should see an improvement to the structural integrity of the fork.
