我一值以來都在找一種能平常穿又能騎攀岩車的鞋子
基本上我的需求有以下幾個
1. 必須是平底的
2. 鞋底橡膠必須是很硬耐磨材料... (看全文)

攀岩車鞋有一個要件就是鞋底不能太硬, 太硬的鞋底使腳底沒有感覺, 有些動作要靠腳底的力量巧妙控制踏板才行的.

我只知道攀岩車鞋比較輕
還以為只要站久腳不會痛，鞋底不會滑又可保護腳裸就可以了
原來攀岩車鞋還有這樣的功效
