如題!
右上角多了基本的語言選擇和時區選擇.
使用者可透過該選擇來選擇你想要的時區和語言.
如果是未登入之訪客, 可直接修改時區, 若是登入會員, 須透過會員資料修改時區.
語言部份可隨時做調整.

There are Language and Timezone selection at the right up corner.
User can use those option to change the timezone and language that you want to.
If your are a visitor, you can modify your timezone directly. Otherwise, you must login and go to the member place, use personal data modification to change your timezone.
You can change the language at any times if you want.
